Opened in 1938, Luton Airport is one of the oldest operational airports in the UK and ranks as the fifth largest in the country. Serving over 17 million passengers annually, it is home to 11 airlines and primarily offers routes within Europe, with additional charter and scheduled flights to Northern Africa, the United States, and Asia.

At Luton Airport, we proudly operate the Victoria’s Secret store, where customers can explore an array of best-selling Victoria’s Secret beauty products, including prestige fragrances and body care essentials. The store also features a unique collection of luxury Victoria’s Secret branded accessories, ranging from cosmetic cases and bags to scarves, sunglasses, small leather goods, and luggage.

Life at Luton

We have a small but effective team of Customer Service and Replenishment assistants at Luton airport and augment this permanent team with additional Customer Service team members over the busy summer season. All of the team have a specific product category of responsibility in the store. One of our team members was recognised for delivering outstanding customer service and attended the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in New York!

After engaging sessions on sales and our Level Up virtual tour, you’ll explore our work social network and finalise details such as your uniform order. Make sure you’re in a quiet space, where you won’t be interrupted or have any background noise. Check in advance your tech works. Treat the experience as you would an in-person interview – maintain eye contact, dress professionally and be ready to make a great impression!

Things to know about working at Luton

As you’ll be working airside, you’ll need to be security cleared before you can start work. This can take 6-12 weeks from when you’re offered a role. We manage this process for you and will have checked your basic details prior to interview, so the chances are this will all go smoothly.

You’ll need to pass through airport Security each time you arrive for work (it’s just like going on holiday!) – this can take around 30 minutes. You need to incorporate getting through security into your travel time.
