Our distribution and warehouse network ensures that our stores remain fully stocked with a wide variety of products, ranging from luxury goods and cosmetics to tobacco and alcohol. By maintaining consistent and efficient supply chain operations, we support an exceptional customer experience, ensuring our customers always find the premium products they expect, when and where they need them.
Our teams operate 24/7 across four strategically located centres: Runnymede and Lowfield Heath in Surrey, Birmingham Bond, and Glasgow Bond.
Effective & flexible
Ensuring an effective, flexible, and lightning-fast distribution service is absolutely vital for World Duty Free. With most of our stock stored off-site and requiring same-day delivery, our bustling stores sometimes receive up to four deliveries daily. This means our distribution team holds the key to our business’s triumph. They’re the heartbeat of our success!

Fundamental training
Get ready for a comprehensive development program. Starting with fundamental training for all fresh recruits to climbing the ladder into management roles, we’ve got it all covered.
All our Administrators are trained internally, and over 20% of our Leaders rise from the warehouse floor. We’ve even transformed some of our warehouse team members into skilled Loader Drivers, equipping them with LGV licenses for the road ahead. Several of our Leaders have successfully transitioned into retail and head office positions, either maintaining their status or soaring to new heights through promotions.
