In our Bristol store, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase leading beauty brands such as Chanel, Dior, Jo Malone and Charlotte Tilbury, along with a diverse selection of designer fragrances. Additionally, you’ll promote luxury sunglasses and jewellery from renowned names like Ray-Ban, Pandora, and Swarovski. Your role will also involve offering an extensive range of whiskies, champagnes, fine wines, and spirits, ensuring a premium shopping experience for travellers.

When it comes to your Induction – prepare for an exciting and immersive day! You’ll begin by meeting the team, diving into our service standards, and taking a tour of the terminal to familiarise yourself with the space. After engaging sessions on sales and our Level Up virtual tour, you’ll explore our work social network and finalise details such as your uniform order. We’ll also guide you through essential tools, from our communication platform to valuable resources. Expect a day full of learning, connection, and a fantastic start to your journey with World Duty Free!

Arriving for your Interview

Lulsgate House, Bristol Airport, BS48 3DW

Important Information

Interviews take place at Lulsgate House, which is at the entrance of the Silver Zone car park at Bristol Airport. If you have any difficulties finding where you need to go, you can call the store on 01275 473620 and they’ll help direct you.

Bus or Train

Travel to and from the airport is easy, with a host of rail and bus connections available, including the Airport Flyer service. Check out all the options here.

Once you arrive, walk up to the front of the main terminal building and take the frequent ‘Staff Bus’ service. Lulsgate House is the first stop as you enter the Silver Zone.

Driving

If you’re driving, there is no need to go to the terminal. You can park in the staff/visitor car park which is a short walk from Lulsgate House.

Things to know about working at Bristol

As you’ll be working airside, you’ll need to be security cleared before you can start work. This can take 6-12 weeks from when you’re offered a role. We manage this process for you and will have checked your basic details prior to interview, so the chances are this will all go smoothly.

You’ll need to pass through airport Security each time you arrive for work (it’s just like going on holiday!) – this can take around 30 minutes. You need to incorporate getting through Security into your travel time.
