Diversity, Equality,
& Inclusion
“When we listen and celebrate what is both common and different, we become wiser, more inclusive, and better as an organisation. Our recruitment process is tailored to every single candidate that applies, we want them to feel valued and included. Our customers don’t discriminate, neither do we.”
Alex Helm
Regional Resourcing Advisor
Our workforce comprises colleagues from more than 150 nationalities
across all functions and levels of the organisation.
We recognise that diversity enriches our workplace, fuels innovation, and enhances our ability to serve
our passengers and community effectively. Therefore, we are dedicated to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in all aspects of our operations, including our recruitment and hiring processes. We actively seek to attract, retain, and promote talent from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that our workforce reflects the communities we serve.
We are committed to creating a culture of respect, acceptance, and belonging, where differences are celebrated and all voices are heard. Discrimination and harassment of any kind are not tolerated within our organisation.
We are proud to be a disability confident employer
Disability Confident is creating a movement of change, encouraging employers to think differently about disability and take action to improve how they recruit, retain and develop disabled people.
Being Disability Confident is a unique opportunity to lead the way in our community, and for us we have discovered people our business cannot do without.
It was developed by employers and disabled people’s representatives to make it rigorous but easily accessible.
We are also proud to have been members of the Business Disability Forum since 2022. They work in partnership with businesses, Government, and disabled people to remove barriers to inclusion.
We are working alongside them to continually improve and evolve our recruitment practices, internal processes and culture, and our service to our customers to be a more inclusive workplace.
If you have any questions or would like to learn more about either scheme, please get in touch.
