Arriving for your Interview

Your assessment will take place over Microsoft Teams. A Teams invite will follow your interview confirmation email – please check your junk mail if you don’t see it in your inbox. Please make sure you have Teams installed and up and running on your device prior to your interview.

Our Tips for Online Interviews

Make sure you’re in a quiet space, where you won’t be interrupted or have any background noise, and check in advance that your tech works. Treat the experience as you would an in-person interview – maintain eye contact, dress professionally and be ready to make a great impression!

Things to know about working at Cardiff

As you’ll be working airside, you’ll need to be security cleared before you can start work. This can take 6-12 weeks from when you’re offered a role. We manage this process for you and will have checked your basic details prior to interview, so the chances are this will all go smoothly.

You’ll need to pass through airport Security each time you arrive for work (it’s just like going on holiday!) – this can take around 30 minutes. You need to incorporate getting through Security into your travel time.
