Our World Duty Free Express store at St Pancras was our pioneering location in the convenience retail sector and continues to be integral to our success. Managed by a dedicated team, including 1 Store Manager and 3 Customer Service Leaders, with a headcount of 36, the store offers a wide range of products to meet the needs of the station’s international customers. Travellers can browse premium beauty products, fine spirits, confectionery, and distinctive souvenirs. The store also caters to immediate needs, with soft drinks, newspapers, magazines, books, and essential healthcare items, continually striving to enhance the shopping experience for the millions passing through this vibrant hub.

Make sure you’re in a quiet space, where you won’t be interrupted or have any background noise, and check in advance that your tech works. Treat the experience as you would an in-person interview – maintain eye contact, dress professionally and be ready to make a great impression!

Things to know about working at St Pancras

You’ll need to be security cleared before you can start work. This can take 6-12 weeks from when you’re offered a role. We manage this process for you and will have checked your basic details prior to interview, so the chances are this will all go smoothly.

You’ll need to pass through Security each time you arrive for work (it’s just like going on holiday!) – this can take around 30 minutes. You need to incorporate getting through security into your travel time.
